Our Rules:

  • Special orders (1-5 items) ship within 10 days. Stocking orders usually ships within 3 weeks.
  • No minimum order, no maximum either.
  • We drop ship for no additional fee. Please include your packing slip, with your exchange and return policy, with each drop ship order
  • Our suggested retail price is twice our wholesale price.
  • Online customers will not list our products below our suggested retail price. We verify online customer prices, and will not honor orders if this rule is not strictly followed.
  • We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express for approved accounts.
  • Flat Shipping Rates Apply, and free shipping for orders over $500 in the contiguous US.  Please refer to our shipping table online.
  • No online auction sales are permitted.
  • Returns are accepted on damaged or defective items within 10 days of receipt, and replacements will be shipped.
  • Exchanges are charged for any difference in price, plus postage.
  • Custom items are not returnable or refundable.
  • You will not find Cutie Collars products in large chain and discount pet stores.
  • We will provide customer service above and beyond everything you have ever wished for.
